01About these Terms

The Service is provided by:

By downloading the app, creating an account, making a purchase or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence to use the Service.

04The Service

Comeback is self-guided software. A paid plan gives you access, for the duration of your subscription, to:

• a training schedule generated by the app from your answers to an onboarding questionnaire;
• guided pelvic floor (Kegel) and core exercise routines with an on-screen timer;
• short educational lessons on technique, posture, breathing and habits;
• reminders and progress tracking.

The Service is delivered digitally through the Comeback mobile app for iOS and Android. After a successful payment you receive an email with a link to download the app and your login details; access is unlocked when you sign in. If you do not receive this email within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.

We may update, improve, add or remove features and content from time to time. We will not materially reduce the core features of a plan you have already paid for during the current billing period.

05Your account

• Provide an accurate email address: we use it to deliver access and important notices about your subscription.
• Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
• Tell us promptly at admin@virea-apps.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

06Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you buy a plan on our website, you purchase it from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms. Paddle processes your payment details; we never see or store your full card number.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on your location, sales tax, VAT or similar taxes may be added at checkout; the final amount is shown to you before you confirm the payment. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

07Subscriptions, introductory prices and renewal

Plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Current plans:

• Introductory price. The first billing period may be offered at a discounted introductory price, shown at checkout. Introductory prices are available once per person and apply only to the first period.
• Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription renews automatically and the regular price for your plan is charged to the payment method you used, at the start of each new period.
• Price changes. If we change the regular price of your plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal after that date; you can cancel before then.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it. If payment is not completed, paid access ends at the end of your current period.

08Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:

• using the link in your purchase receipt email; or
• by emailing us at admin@virea-apps.com from the address you used to buy.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

09Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal charge. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share the app's content, exercises or lessons;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the app, its servers or its security;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm us or other users;
• create accounts using false information or automated means.

11Intellectual property

The app, its exercises, lessons, text, graphics, design and software are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active. No other rights are granted.

12Third-party services

The app is downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payments on our website are handled by Paddle. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

13Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service or if required by law. Where possible, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the issue. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

14Disclaimers

We work to keep the Service available, accurate and secure, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will achieve any particular result for you. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

15Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any injury or loss resulting from exercising against the guidance in the Health notice. Our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you can cancel your subscription before the change applies.

17Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Please contact us first: most issues can be solved quickly by email. We will reply to any complaint within 14 days.
